I have written several times and have not received any reply. my order is not in my purchases? Everything was fine for the first week, then on 08-18-03 it suddenly disappeared along with my $2,500. I am interested in what is happening with my purchases. I would like to contact the seller, but I do not have any information about the purchases made and no one gives me any information.

If the purchases were more than 60 days ago you have to change the time period filter on your purchase history page.

You have 30 days from estimated delivery to file a non-receipt claim. Instructions found here:

I made purchases on 08-12-23.. For the first week, I had information in the Hisdtori of purchases and suddenly everything was gone. I do not have contact with the seller, I do not know where my item is, no one answers.
