delayed shipping

 it’s been 7 days and the shipping info has yet to update. please help me.

Did you try contacting the seller for update on the shipping?

Otherwise after a while you can put a report in it did not come in I do believe that is option.

i did contact the seller. it’s like the shoes didn’t even get picked up by fedex. i called fedex. it’s a issue with ebay.

have you tried doing online search of the tracking number or going to the FedEx web page? Hi-lite the number, left click on it. When the next page opens do a search.

Once it gets to authentication and has been re-shipped by them, it is out of the sellers hands. They would have the same info as the buyer at that point.

it’s ebay who is failing to actually ship. it’s says only a shipping label was created. nothing more

The estimated delivery date is 5 days away. You may see tracking updates in that time. If you don't, you can file a non-receipt claim:
