customer return advise please

i carefully shipped item to a customer.  they received item and left a stella feedback  statingOMG!!! item was beautiful beyond words then file a return for it being broken. i contacted custoer and she said she opened it and immedietly noticed it was damaged.  i called ebay and they advised that all business have losses.  Really is that our guidance fro them now?

Did you ask her if perhaps she has you confused with another seller?
Why she left such a nice positive feedback?

Everyone has options. Just be sure the best option is right for you.

She may have meant the feedback for another purchase.

She may not have seen any damage immediately.

 

On the 3rd pic I see 2 spots that I can't tell if are seams, possible cracks, or just photo issues. One is towards the front left.  The other is about the back middle.

To my understanding that has always been our guidance.
