Entering package weight

I am creating a listing and the package will weigh slightly under 1 pound so it could go as a first- class package. When I try to put the weight as 15.999 ounces, it will only let me enter 15 ounces. Am I doing something wrong ?

Did you know that eBay is also charging you sellers a shipping tax on top of the fees you pay on shipping already? Since they don't give you a breakdown with eBay's "managed payments" , you wouldn't know it unless you did the math.

Customer said they did not receive package to P.O. Box tracking reads out for delivery over a week ago. Am I responsible for refunding customer and filing insurance claim with USPS?
