Can some tell me how to navigate to the page where I can list a tracking number for something I just shipped?

Paid and shipped items

After printing a label for items that have been paid for, they stay in my "awaiting shipping" page. Can't even "mark as shipped". They are still there.

Shipping delay error

Due to a shipping error, the goods cannot be shipped on the same day before the due date. There is no other service to ship the goods and the buyer has not yet paid for auction. What needs to be done for that?
