Way to choose International Standard Delivery for Canada, but Global for Everywhere Else?

Is there an option to choose ISD for only Canada to spare my Canadian buyer the expense of GSP, but still choose GSP for all other countries? How do I fill out the selling form to insure this so Canada doesn't get lumped in with GPS?
