Printing a new shipping label after voiding a label for an item

I had to void a label due to an error on my part. Now i am trying to print a shipping label for the same package and cannot figure out how to do it. Anyone have a way to do this?

refund for postage

I am new to selling on ebay. I bought postage through the app twice for the same package and was unable to print it. I since took the package to the post office and paid for postage there. Is there anything I can do to get a refund from ebay?
