UPS Not Showing Up On Payment Details?

Is it just me or do UPS labels purchased from eBay not show up on the "View Payment Details" page and sometimes not even on the "all transactions" page?

when does ebay take funds once a ups label was purchased

Do they take the funds out once the label has been scanned at the drop-off location? I use them with ground service because they give me insurance up to $100.00 whereas USPS gives nothing. Thanks
