I returned an item I bought and refund was received and sent to a pay pal account, I paid with walmart visa. Where would the refund be if I don't have a pay pal acct.

Charged twice by ebay for shipping,

Might want to keep an eye out when you print a label and then click on ship your next item. The same person showed up twice under make label and I got charged twice. Had to void the other one. Hope I get my refund.
