jail address ??

so i come home for lunch to find i have made a sale ~~ yay go to print label ... "buyer" is an inmate with a "jail" address ...cancel order with "problem with address" .. was that correct ??

Is package repeating in transit normal?

I cannot cancel my sold order because the buyer is "not registered" anymore.

As the title says, I cannot cancel my sold order because the buyer is "not registered" anymore. I have tried different ways to cancel the item as I would like to relist it. I still have the item in my possesion.
