Why is actual Post Office shipping cost 40% higher as compared to calculated shipping using listing page where dimensions and zip codes are correct?

Anyone else having a problem purchasing shipping labels for USPS?

I have several auctions I need to ship (both USPS Ground Advantage and Flat Rate Padded Envelope) and every time I try and purchase a label I get the following error. I have tried changing the dimensions several times but nothing works. Help!!

Resolved! Post office returning envelopes with eBay standard shipping

Has anyone had an issue with the post office returning envelopes with the eBay standard envelope label? Below is the envelope and sticker. It does not weight more than 1 once, and contains some quarters. Could it be the non machinable stamp?
