Resolved! How do I flag a seller?

I just got a refund from a seller who never sent my product. Their feedback is low (290 feedbacks) but there are quite a few negative feedbacks left for not sending the item. Any way to flag this account for their unprofessionallity? Thanks, Ryan

purchased item not in my history

I recently (in the last 3 weeks) purchased an item that was not as described. The seller approved the return. The return label link will not work and the item has now disappeared from my purchase history. How do I proceeed?
