Resolved! Went to Purchase a Shipping Label. Cost Went Down???

So I went to purchase a label today and the shipping was $4.37 but I changed the shipping date to Tuesday and it went to $4.14. Are USPS prices actually going down? That seems impossible but it's the first time I've seen a label go down in cost.

USPS - Have Others Experienced Lost Packages with USPS this Holiday Season?
