Option to ship 2 or more items in the same package, charging only 1 time for shipping

How can i add the option to bundle multiple items in the same package and charge only 1 time for shipping since it's only 1 package? This could save the buyers some money and give an incentive to buy more than 1 items, but how do i do that?
