Hi, I'm very very new to the whole selling thing and I need to issue a return label to a buyer. I issued a refund already, so is it even still possible to send a return label? I've searched articles and help topics but I did not find a place to "attach a label" even before issuing a refund. Is there anyone that might be able to help me?
Thanks

I came across a few reviews where sellers are in the same situation. They ended up sending a jpeg file. However, you need to make sure to print the jpeg file yourself making sure that the image quality is acceptable otherwise the shipping services wont be able to scan it.
Previously, labels were sent to the buyers automatically.
Before you proceed, send an email to the buyer to see if they received a return label from eBay, and call/chat with a eBay customer representative to see what the proper steps are.
I have a return request at the moment however the buyer is responsible for this return since I set up my listing this way. I allow for returns within 30 days but they are responsible in shipping the item back.
Good luck!
