advanced shipping flow

Please help. I have printed all labels I am sending USPS. I have one I plan to send UPS. When I go to print my label, it only gives me an option for USPS and at the bottom says if I want to change I need to go to "Advanced Shipping Flow". I can not find this anywhere and I would really rather print UPS because it saves me 5$ and will probably be faster. Please HELP!

When the shipping page comes up, there should be a link that says "my package is above the size limits"- click on that and it takes you back to the classic shipping view where you can change the carrier and size details.

Did you know that UPS labels come with surcharges that show up on your bill at the end of the month and do you know what those charges will be? What size is the box - are you aware of dimensional weight charges?

Did the buyer pay for advertised USPS shipping, or did they pay for UPS shipping? You can't switch (for example) from USPS Priority to a slower service like UPS Ground. Some buyers have difficulty with certain carriers so you shouldn't switch carriers unless the buyer consents.
