Yanwen tracking

Hi, I bought something from China and the seller added tracking number. They chose Yanwen. It still shows the same status which is added tracking number. I asked the seller about this and he said there will be another tracking number once they send the package to the transfer center and this one is just for the postman and the new information will be shown once they do the handling. Is it normal and true? The seller has very good reviews. Thanks

I too have a " Processing information input" package.   It has until Jun 5  to arrive.   Just keep an eye on it and file an item not received one day after the last given delivery date.   There is such a mess now with trade with China.  Looks like the sellers are trying but running into import issues.

All that really matters is the estimated delivery date on the order. If you don't receive your package by the late end of the estimated delivery window, you can file a non-receipt claim. You'll have a window of 30 days to do that.
