Why does the app not scan a barcode when you open the sold item page?

Anonymous
Not applicable

You open an item that you have sold it is collection only, we make our own barcodes why does the arrange collection then allow you to scan barcode, it opens the camera it will not scan any type of barcode, you cannot slide across to key in code manually as the top of the page is right at the top which the centre half houses the earpiece speaker and the forward facing camera please could this issue be addressed so that we can fulfil our contractual obligations and complete a sale / transaction!

Me too.

To the OP:  You might want to return to your home site and ask your question there.

Why are you making your own barcodes? That kind of defeats the purpose of only the buyer being able to give their q-code to confirm they have picked up their item in good condition.

Otherwise all sellers could just make up barcodes and confirm pick up...
