Whom to write?

I am currently selling on ebay.com and ebay.co.uk.

None of the ebay platform has provisions for seller from India to get help from seller support. I pay my invoices and yet ebay is not providing me space and platform for me to come up with my issues. Though there is calling system which is restricted to few countries. If I make international calls, that affects my business and when I select that ebay calls me, they do not call as the calling seller support is not for Indian sellers.

I hope my query reaches to the concerned person and they provide us with accessible space to write our queries.

eBay.co.uk has online chat. Go to help, click Buying as a guest, and jump to the bottom to chat.

You can also go outside of eBay to get help from eBay because eBay feels that the eBay website, its own website, is not to be used for support by eBay: Look for eBay on FACEBOOK and TWITTER.

Though I have searched everywhere one ebay.com and ebay.co.uk but there is no provision for chatting (even for buyer). 

It would be great if you can help me with the link  to get in contact with ebay on FACEBOOK or TWITTER as I had attempted several times to reach to them outside ebay website but they do not respond.
