Where is my package

I ordered this item on January 29th, eventually got a refund for it but not long after it says the item has shipped. I contacted the seller and the seller says the item has shipped. It’s almost a week now and I still haven’t received my package. I have no tracking number to track my package and I want to know where it is.

Okay, that's what I figure they should do. I got a refund and then a few minutes to an hour later I get an email saying it's shipped and seller responds to me says it's shipped. It's strange because there is no tracking number.

If it's the laptop, the seller is new and they're probably not sure what to do.
