Today I had a buyer do local pick-up. He mailed me a QR code later (see below).

How does this work?

What do I do now?

Do you know or can you find out if there is a tech ticket open on this, and is the App team aware of it?

Do you know if eBay has plans to allow the 6-digit code to be entered on a PC, without the app? I know we've asked about this in the past, the answer was "no" back then...

Hi @ferncliff-39! I've passed @bnofords4me posts about the inability to change the status from Picked up to Not picked up in the app.

As for making the 6-digit code an option on a PC, I've not heard anything new there. It's still best to follow what the help page says that you shared, and have the buyer sign a copy of the eBay order form at the time of pickup.

I appreciate your help and focus on the real issue that I was experiencing with the inability to enter the QR confirmation code in order to prove the item was picked up (the issue was not related to the "new seller" stuff that kept getting thrown out there on other posts).   After I went through a trial-and-error process, which I outlined in an earlier post, I was finally able to successfully enter the 6-digit confirmation code.  The hold on the buyer's funds was released almost immediately after the code was entered; settlement to my bank account will be tomorrow.     Thanks again.
