Was I scammed??

I purchased an item off ebay a couple days ago, got a notification that it was shipped and saw it was through bluecare express. 

 It said there was a possible delay in delivery due to arrival at incorrect carrier facility. Then it said it departed from Oklahoma city. Now it's saying package delayed in transit? I've read bad reviews about this company and I'm worried It might not get here.

Well, try not to worry. Either way, you can't file an INR case until it's past the delivery time listed on the order.

Continually checking the tracking will only drive you crazy. 

Kick back and relax until the expected delivery date rolls around.  

Have a glass of wine, maybe. And open up a bag of chocolates!! 😊
