Variable Shipping Cost

I'm selling an item what has different weights and also another item has different quantities. So I need to set up different shipping cost accordingly.Does anyone knows how to set up variable shipping cost of an item based on different weights?Thanks...

Not possible.  You need a different listing for each item with a different shipping weight.
