A while ago I voided a shipping label as my printer cartridge ran out of ink and had to reprint the label. Question, where can I find where I was refunded by the PO? So far nothing and the refund was supposed to be $31.96.

You should receive a refund within about three weeks. Did you purchase it on eBay?
Check here and see if it mentions a refund.

Why did you void it? You could have simply changed the ink cartridge then hit reprint at no extra cost.

Yes, I purchased the label on Ebay over 3 weeks ago, the voided tracking number says, "the package was delivered" and I still have the bad label here in my desk?? How can a package be delivered when it has a different tracking number (the good number) that also says that it was delivered which is correct? Very strange the PO says a package was delivered when the tracking number was never used. This probably explains why I have not received a refund. bubba

Reprint would add another different tracking number on the new label?

Reprinting a label that did not print (you said you ran out of ink) will be the same tracking number just as if it had printed without the ink problem.

I realize now, I didn't reprint the original, I voided it and printed a new label with a new tracking number and put that label on the package and shipped it and it was delivered, no problem there. At that time, I clicked on "VOID REQUESTED" on the destroyed label to get my original $31.96 back from the PO. I wasn't aware you could reprint the original, but this is not what I did so it's irrelevant now. bubba

On you shipping label page does it show that you purchased two different shipping labels? Are there two different Tracking Numbers?
Since you purchased two Labels you need to figure out the one that was used. Go to USPS.com and enter your Tracking Numbers to see if there is any information on the two labels. The one that was not used should say something to indicate it was not used.

I don't know if this will help in your case but I did the same exact thing a couple weeks ago. I contacted the customer service chat of eBay and had the voided label cost in my eBay account 24 hours later.

Yes, I purchased 2 different labels with 2 different tracking numbers, I voided the first one (you could not read it) and put the second one on the package and shipped it. When I enter the voided tracking number, it returns with the package being received? then I enter the one I used, and it says received? I have the one I voided here on my desk, how could the voided number say that it was delivered? Anyhow
it has only been 9 days so perhaps I'll still get a refund for the cost of the unused shipping label. bubba
