I’ve set up a regional freight rate table, but when I use phone app to list item or revise I don’t see any freight options besides “flat rate freight “ what am I missing ?

If you want to use your rate table, when setting up the listing you should choose "Standard packaging" (not freight), then flat rate shipping. Then below that you will see the option to activate a rate table. I don't know whether this is available when using the app; you might have to use a real computer.

USPS discontinued selling regional rate boxes earlier this year. You can still ship using these boxes, however, you must now enter the dimensions of each box just as you would any box.
The option for regional rate boxes was removed by e-Bay when USPS announced that they would no longer be offering this shipping option.
