I imagine he will be let go after January 20, 2021 and a non-saboteur will replace him."

The problem predates the current Post Master, predates Covid19. This is a local issue and I feel

local management will dump complaints that come through customer surveys.

Once again, the national office should deal with complaints and if need be, remove non-

performing management and or workers on the local level.

Bringing in managers from outside the postal service should be part of the solution.

I use to be on a customer service questionnaire list. For years the service was quite good and

I gave high marks.

Then the Post Office decided to improve things by changing routes. There was a huge retirement

where in one year almost 50% of the distribution center that served my area had people

leave. The replacements for the most part were of a lower caliber.

Using the post office became a dicey proposition for business.

So, in the last 3 questionnaires I had pointed out I no longer found the post office a dependable

way to ship due to service issues.

They dealt with the problems I mentioned by dropping me from the list. I guess my responses

were affecting someone's bonus program? It is a pretty safe bet management will try to G

file complaints. CYA first.

The complaints should be handled by the Washington, DC office and not farmed out to

local management.

All of us that work for USPS sincerely hope that he is gone in the first wave, but it may not be up to President Biden. The law may get to him first. https://nymag.com/intelligencer/2020/09/what-we-know-about-louis-dejoys-campaign-finance-scandal.htm...  and if that is too slow tRump is busy cleaning house of any and all that he thinks may not be loyal enough. DeJoy despite destroying many sorting machines in blue and swing states still could not cripple the absentee voting so in tRumps warped world this may make him seam disloyal.

Re: USPS

If you get nowhere and have a legitimate beef, then file a complaint on line. These must be addressed by the Postmaster.  I have been dragged in twice. Once for wet mail, I provided a picture of the mailbox which was loose on it's post, in order to have the flap stay closed you had to slam it. Without getting out and supporting the back end slamming it would eventually rip it from the post.  The other was a complaint about hanging packages from it. I took a picture the next time I came up to it with a FedEx package in a bag hanging from the mailbox flag.

Re: USPS

We shipped 18,098 (tally from seller hub overview) items from ebay the past 12 months.

I can accept the USPS being 20-30 days on parcels right now,

WHAT I HAVE ISSUE WITH is ebay refunding my buyers and the parcels showing up delivered a few days later

ebay KEEPS the fees I paid and refunds the buyer with MY money and they REFUSE to pay "Appeals"

We got tired of it, jacked up ALL of our prices last week to accommodate the losses and then raised them that much more by switching to 100% UPS vs. USPS over the weekend. We had some switched maybe 2 weeks ago (more expensive stuff) HOPING USPS would get on track but they got worse. Our local hub (Evansville Indiana) has been filling semi trailers with parcels that they can't get freighted out, THEN the FIRST trailers filled are SITTING THERE while they start working from the LAST ones they filled,, IDIOTS!! They should be getting the FIRST trailers emptied,, We have stuff that has not left Evansville and been sitting there since the 20th of November.

So the USPS is POORLY managed, YEAH,, they are working hard but I don't care how many CIRCLES you run as fast as you can,,, you did NOT get ANYWHERE! Got to have some management and they do NOT have that.

We'll see how it plays out, we are a VERY high rated seller and ebay treats us like a port-a-potty

Our website generates more income than ebay for us, I hate to shut down ebay but they have not been giving us much option.

Its quite frustrating wondering how many parcels you drop at USPS that day are going to get refunded by ebay, then be delivered.

I will say UPS has been 1-3 days the past week vs. 3-6 weeks with USPS since 2nd week of November

The problem is by the time we started getting emails and phone calls we had 20 days of shipping out the door ($30,000+) and ebay is CUTTING OUR THROAT with refunds!!!
