USPS not on time

Seller from ebay send me a package using USPS priority mail shipping from United States to Poland.

Last track from January 16 says that the package is in transfer from San Francisco CA International Distribution Center 😓

Today is January 28.

Here is the tracking number for my package: HJ683630167US

I tried to mail USPS and they just send me an automatic reply also I tried to fill complaint in section "where is my package" but I don't know the address of the seller.

Is it normal for USPS priority mail to be that slow or is it just my bad luck?

USPS not on time

There are several unusual details in that tracking, beginning with a label creation on January 5 (listed as from Naperville, Illinois) for a package that was not Accepted until January 14... in Rexburg, Idaho? From there, it showed up two days later in San Francisco, and should have been scanned as leaving the country shortly after that.

Instead, there has been nothing further since January 16, which is approaching two weeks ago now. For a Priority Mail International Package just going to Poland, that is a long time. If you are past the last estimated delivery date, I think you should file an Item Not Received complaint. The package could still turn up in Poland, but two weeks is a long time waiting for that to happen.

USPS not on time

The package was sent on January 14, the listing was just pre-shipment label.
The delivery date was set on January 23-29 but maybe due to pre-shipment label it could be coming on February 1 or 6.

Thanks, but I will wait for the package. I just wanted to know why it takes so long or maybe there is a problem in San Francisco or something and because of that they don't deliver the packages.
