USPS Tariff Codes For EU?

I tried looking for information on these boards...

Can someone pin some sort of link to how to EASILY find these codes that are required for shipping to EU countries?

My wife and I ship so little internationally, that it took me about ten minutes to try to find a code, but I don't know if it's even the right one.

Or, how about Ebay populate that code on the postage/customs label for us?

Ebay doesn't have the product in their possession. Therefore, you as the shipper would be the best person to determine the HTS Code. Even for professional exporters, it takes experience to easily determine the HTS code. Just key word the product & HTS, then see if the code makes sense. Of course, there could always be more accurate codes to help the recipient reduce their VAT.....but, most ebay sellers aren't Customs Brokers!

If you ship using eBay International Shipping, all that paperwork is handled directly by eBay -- not you.

All you have to do is ship the item (after payment by the buyer, of course) to the domestic eBay International Shipping center (either in Illinois or California), and eBay ships the item internationally to your buyer.

And you ONLY pay for the domestic shipping to eBay -- the international shipping charges are paid by the buyer, and handled through eBay.

@1786davycrockett We know that... but my wife still offers USPS First Class International. 

I figure if there is AI, it can "see" what the item is and fill in the correct code. It looked like from what I saw, there are different codes for different items, but I have no idea if I used the right one... but we'll see...
