I also scheduled a pick up last night for today on my Laptop I didn't have any issues, received my email confirmation as always & have a confirmation number.
Is anybody else having trouble scheduling a package pick-up with USPS?
The USPS website and app have not worked all weekend.
The USPS customer service phone number has a one hour wait?
The information I have is that this is widespread throughout the lower 48 states.
Does anybody know more than this?
No ,, I haven't had any issues with it . I scheduled a carrier pick up on Saturday for this morning and everything went smoothly . The carrier hasn't arrived yet so lets hope no technical issues happened beyond what I could see . This should get resolved pretty quickly in any case . Since the post office phone lines are so clogged up I'm sure they've been made aware of the problem . Tulips
Good News: Supposedly eBay does have a dedicated USPS representative to address any eBay seller's Postal Service concerns.
Bad News: It's still the USPS you're dealing with, and you'll be lucky if the local Postal Union thugs don't chunk your packages in the trash after you complain to the National USPS representative.
Yes...the pickup site was not working on Sunday evening so I lugged five boxes to my post office (7 miles away) on Monday. Interesting enough, the clerks at the window didn't have a clue what I was talking about when I asked them about the system being down. Bwa-ha-ha!!
