This has been horrible. USPS isn’t scanning a lot of my First Class Packages. Additionally, they are losing many. I don’t pay for insurance because it’s too costly, but probably a mistake at this point. We pay a lot of money to have to have scannable First Class, way more than a stamped version, what is their deal? Anyone else experiencing this?
I have refunded several customers to find that the packages get delivered late, like 14 days in some cases (potentially more), with no scanning.
