I saw a post that greatmidwestcoin posted and I agree. I am on the receiving end and it is making me think twice about purchasing if the shipper uses USPS in anyway. Several packages have gone missing and not delivered all together. Others have been in limbo for weeks on end. Calling is a joke as I have currently been on hold about one of them for nearly an hour and a half! Does anyone have any clue what is going on with USPS? They say COVID but it sounds more like and excuse for stolen mail. Especially when the item I am currently checking on is a gaming system. I don't dare getting back into selling anything shipped with them until they get their act together. Is this happening everywhere or is it just the south. It seems here that things in my state hit Columbia, SC and then are lost in the mail. There has to be something that can be done.

I don't sell games, but none of my packages (as a seller) got lost. One took 3 weeks (domestically) to deliver. Two got 'misdirected' sat in one place for some time and were delivered in 4 weeks. Yes, it's is the virus. I just saw a sign on our USPS main entrance, hiring new employees. Letter carriers are overloaded, people order everything online. 'My' letter carrier was making delivery yesterday at 6 PM.
I doubt that stealing is a major problem. Especially now, who would want to steal packages possibly getting the virus or some other infection from handling the content. Insure the package if you are concerned about the loss.

On the USPS web site you can request a lost mail search, you give them the tracking number and they might get back to you in a few days, but this sometimes breaks a missing package loose and gets it moving again.
