USPS Insurance Claim WORKS!!!

OMG, I just got payment for an insurance claim.  The PO failed to deliver luggage I sent to a customer.  I claimed $26 value and they paid me $60!  And it was quite quick.  I paid less than $3 for the luggage.  OMG, It has restored my faith in the USPS.

USPS pays nearly 100% of the time for lost packages, plus reimbursing postage, assuming the package was insured.

Awesome. That is encouraging. Is the insurance form straight forward? Never had to do one.
