The postal service all over the place is having problems again. Indy is a complete mess it’s on the internet, read about it. This week a package I sent to PA FROM NC got put in the the wrong sorting bin and went all the way to the west coast in WYOMING, then back to Denver, and of course it’s late only two days but buyer messages meI want a refund, yeah, NO, it’s coming back to you. Buyer has a semi fit because “Why was my package sent to Wyoming. I try to explain, they do not get it, GIVE ME MY REFUND. AH no, let’s see if it gets to you in a few days. We will do a package research case and get it moving, Buyer says, GIVE ME MY REFUND. Then buyer says, I closed my account and you have to send the refund to another account, or another way to send me my refund. I say, NO, I cannot do that, refund has to be sent on the account you purchased the item. Then I call ebay rep. He says when buyer closes account they get the refund back to the funding source. I tell buyer, then they say, They closed my band account. Closing statement by me is “Call ebay about your closed bank account. Me, oh my oh, What a hassle.
