I have noticed that USPS First Class Letter is showing up on all my listings as an option for shipping. I just had a buyer purchase a coffee mug and chose USPS First Class Letter for shipping method. They paid $2.04 for something will cost of $6 to ship. I looked at a couple of listing and it appeared on each of them. It won't let me delete that option. What can I do? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Did you set up Shipping Policies? I do not have any requirement for that option for my listings.

Browsing your listings everything I saw had GA shipping as it should.
If you're not using policies, you should be able to edit the listing and "change service" from the shipping section:
You can't remove the only service, only change. If you are using policies, hopefully someone else can help as I'm stuck in the old fashioned age of templates lol..

That is odd. When I tick on the Sold 'Rockwell' cup and tick on 'Shipping: See details', I get this... so did your buyer select it?
