UPS Tracking Invalid

Hi!

I received a UPS tracking number. But after 4 days the item does not show as “in transit” and UPS shows the tracking number as invalid. 

I am still waiting for a response from the seller. Pre-sale they responded within 1-2h.  But not this time, so I am concerned. 

Anyone else have this problem?

It is a highly likely scenario the seller could have given you a fake tracking number. Luckily as a buyer, you will be able to open a case for a claim if it doesn't arrive by the latest arrival date.

I tried to contact the seller 3 times, and finally placed a formal refund request. eBay contacted me less than 2h later notifying me they had processed a full refund. The only annoying thing is I was unable to leave a negative review on the seller account
