After talking with eBay today I found that UPS is no longer an option for shipping. It will only be FEDEX and USPS.
My package weighed 14 pounds. FEDEX charge would be $1117.00. The USPS would be $77.00. With my UPS account the charge was $27.20.
There was a suggestion on here to us Paypal for a shipping label. I didn't know that so I brought my package to UPS.
Now with eBay parting ways with Paypal we won't be able to use that option much longer. I don't feel Ebay should dictate what shipping service we choose.

You're free to use what ever carrier you want.
Just because Ebay doesn't give the option, doesn't mean you can't use it.

The only best way to get UPS is to get an online account through UPS> We have had the same issues and we have FEDEX, UPS, USPS, STAMPS.COM, EBAY all as accounts so we can get what we want and when we need it. Sometimes, USPS and FEDEX are alot more than UPS, but since no one offers it, we got our own UPS account. The only thing that I can assume is that ebay doesn't get the kickbacks from UPS, so they dropped them. After all, ebay is giving us a "discount" for using USPS as it would be more expensive to use USPS by going to the local post office. So not only does ebay give us a discount, they also get kickbacks from the postal carriers that is probably double or triple what they give us back in a "discount"
On your computer tabs, have your email, ebay, fed, USPS, UPS, Stamps.com tabs as well if your a major player for ebay. then you can open and copy/paste the shipping information to each one to get the best price. Most of the time, stamps.com is lower than ebay, so it shows we get less of a "discount" than ebay offers us, meaning they keep more kickback money for using their services.

You can ship directly at UPS. You can print labels from UPS online account. You can ship UPS from Paypal without an eBay transaction from this link: https://www.paypal.com/signin?returnUri=%2Fshiplabel%2Fcreate%2F
