Ask sellers if they are using ups to ship their products because ups is rated as one of worst shipping companies out there, they have the highest driver turnover rate because many drivers have been fired for theft, one such driver was caught on video handing off packages to a car that was trailing him

This is a community board. You are not contacting ebay employees.

Some sellers may use UPS. In 20 yrs I dont think I ever have. Each seller makes their own decisions. 

Others have negative things to say about FedEx or USPS. Read more posts...

I am using UPS as my primary shipping option. The Post Office has gotten pretty unreliable

where I am.

I still use the post office for some listings but I have switched over high value product to

UPS only. I have lost out on some sales but those buyers were the price bottom trollers

and they would be the first to complain about packages delayed by the post office.
