UK Shipping issue

I'm having an issue with purchasing a label going to the UK. I sold a CD to someone and every time that I choose to purchase the label, it gives "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later."

I've read a tiny bit on the issue, but I don't do all that much international shipping and am uninformed. My only guess is that, due to it giving this in the second line of the address "GB 365 6085 76 Code: Paid" it's giving me an error. I know that has something to do with the VAT tax, but I'm unable to figure out how to purchase the label.

Could someone help me?

There have been quite a few posts about sellers having problems printing labels for eBay international standard labels.  They will soon be deleting that service so perhaps that has something to do with the label problem.   It would probably cost more to ship using a USPS label but I've read that if you sign up with Pirateship.com they do have a less expensive international option.
