Two different tracking numbers for the same item?

I bought an item from a China-based seller about 3 weeks ago. It's supposed to arrive by June 28th, and many of the seller's reviews mention fast shipping times.

So, I sent them a message last week asking when I might expect my item to ship, and they gave me a USPS tracking number which indicated that a shipping label was created on May 27th. As of yesterday, it shows that it's been in transit for 13 days and is currently in Nevada. Then last night, I got an email from eBay telling me it shipped, so now I have another tracking number (DHL) telling me my order is at a sorting facility in Guangzhou.

What should I make of this? I don't mind waiting as long as my item arrives within the estimated window, I'm just a little confused. One of these tracking numbers has to be false, right?

Just wondering if the order details said expected delivery was June 28th why were you asking about shipping details?  Most sellers provide a tracking number or let you know when it shipped but it's not mandatory. There's nothing you can do until the 29th.

Probably the first tracking was wrong and the one eBay gave you is correct.

Thank you for the response - and I asked because eBay hadn't listed it as "shipped" until last night, so I wanted to make sure nothing unexpected had happened. Sorry, I don't use eBay often and I'm a rather cautious person.

UPDATE:

I got the package yesterday. It turns out the USPS tracking number was the correct one. The tracking number that eBay gave me was for a totally separate order whose destination was someplace in Pennsylvania (I live in Colorado). Not sure how that happened, but I received my package safely and much earlier than expected, which is ultimately what counts.

 Just scratch or credit me back for the amount that i am charged for and will that the blame and delete my account with eBay. Then we all will be  o.k.
