Tracking number issues.

I have trouble with the tracking number. The seller gives me a fake tracking number and now the seller is no longer on eBay. What can I do? Please help me.

Open an item not received case - go to your eBay Purchase history > Find the item > More Actions > I didn't receive it.

Write in the case the seller is no longer registered. Then contact eBay and ask them for your refund NOW since the seller won't  be able to respond to the case.
