Tracking does not work for all on ebay.com

Hello,

I am from Romania but registered on US website. For many months now ebay website is not working properly when it comes to tracking shipments. Every time I ship a parcel I upload the tracking number to customer's order and after that when the customer checks the status of delivery all he can see is "tracking number provided" and that's it, no progress, nothing. The parcels get to be delivered and feedback left and ebay still shows the parcel as not even in transit. This is a HUGE problem for me because customers open cases for not receiving their parcels and the more open cases I have the more I am being penalized. Because of this problem I lost my "top rated" status and now I am "below standard" and ebay sent a message threatening that my listings will be taken down because of this. I have been a seller on ebay for over 12 years now and unfortunately customer service is not getting any better over years. I wrote a complaint and got an answer that did not have anything to do with my stated problem. I wrote again and it has been 3 days and nothing, no reply. In the meantime I risk getting my business destroyed for no fault of mine. Please advise.

What carrier are you using? Is the carrier listed on the integrated import carriers list on this page?
