Hi Folks....
I combined and shipped 2 orders on Monday, October 20th. One order was Priority mail. The other USPS Ground Advantage. I combined them to Ground Advantage (OK with customer). I have a scan receipt from the post office. Tracking is updating on the USPS site. Nothing is updating on eBay, just showing tracking number provided. Does anyone have some insight on this issue? Thanks in advance.

Where are you getting this information? Sounds like speculation. And it doesn't align with historical observation, like when eBay has programmed automated defect removals for packages delivered late due to extreme weather.

I will clarify a bit, they are not going to remove defects one by one. They may give us an all inclusive solution.

Here is the answer I received from the eBay rep on Facebook. I will see if the dings get removed in 3-5 days.

This what I would expect them to do.
My rep said they would check USPS tracking before giving me a defect.
As of right now I still have 100% tracking showing.

Yall check now. Mine is synced, and this was without me ever contacting them for help.
I still have the strikes in my Seller Performance but I'm sure that will be the next phase of fixing.

So here's my update:
The tracking finally updated itself to eBay on Saturday..No defects showing.
I woke up Sunday morning to 2 defects for shipping.
Took a while, but I was finally able to speak with another rep....
So now they have sent it for review to have the defects removed.
I guess when the first rep said they would check the USPS tracking BEFORE giving a defect did not happen.
I should have an email with a decision in 3-5 days.
I don't know what there is to decide....it's obvious when it was scanned and shipped.

All missing tracking data on eBay has been updated.
Dings from the issue have been removed.
