Tracking NOT saving on select shipments...cannot manually add or save tracking numbers.

This issue has been happening for me since December 15th, 2020. I have called eBay 6 times. They acknowledge the problem but have yet to do anything....

I cannot manually add and save the tracking, or have it imported from shipping software. It is now directly effecting my tracking uploaded and validated on time numbers and I am no longer Top Rated because of it.

Same happening to me I use Shipstation to update tracking. Ebay has been of no help and I have lost my top rated tag now and still ebay will do nothing.

Same it's happening to us for about two months now, we also use Shipstation to print our labels and also eBay has not help us, they always say that because is not affecting our Top Rated there is nothing to worry about, but unfortunately for us we are about to lose it by the end of this month for that reason, on the up coming evaluation that will take effect on March 20th.  We have contacted eBay more than 20 times, we have sent long email with detailed information, we have contacted ShipStation and nothing.  To make things worth, because eBay does not care about there sellers, they do not have live support for this type of issues.  They have it for anything else, but the important issues that matters to sellers.

We do not know what else to do, we have wasted many, many hours dealing with this issue without any resolution.  Please HELP!!!
