Tracking Ace

I am in dispute with a seller about a delivery that has never been received via Tracking Ace. When they say they attempted to delivery and delivered I was home. All I get from the seller is check with other family members, safe place and neighbours as it was delivered. 4 times I have told them the same I love alone so no other family members, no neighbours have received it and there is no safe place for them to have left the package.

when I read on trust pilot reviews lots of other have had problems with not getting items sent from tracking ace so wondered for they actually exist and has anyone ever had deliveries via them, or am I being fobbed off by the seller?

i have raised a claim via eBay but fear as tracking ace say it has been delivered they will not be forthcoming with a refund.

You may want to post this on the UK site.  Here on the US site I don't think you'll find anyone that is familiar with Tracking Ace.

If you did not receive the item, stop contacting the seller because nothing is being resolved.  Time to open Item Not Receive Case in the Resolution Center or open a dispute case in Paypal.  If you paid by credit card, initiate a chargeback.   Time to get your money back.

Do not close case until you see the refund in your account.

If you open cases at eBay or PP you will automatically  lose them if the tracking shows "delivered."  You will need to get the GPS coordinates, address, of where the package was scanned as 'delivered' to prove that the item was not delivered to you.  If you can provide that 'evidence' to eBay, they generally will protect you under the MBG.  What form that proof needs to be in the UK is beyond me.
