Hello,
I purchased this item on August 18th.
It is PS1 Tours also Spyro X Sparks tons Sony Sony PlayStation 1 Japan Import.
It is from Tokyo, Japan.
I paid $56.65 for it.
And it says it is being shipped using usps and it also says Due to US policies, import fees for this item will need to be paid to customs or the shipping carrier on delivery.
You can find out more information about tariff
rates based on the item description from the
Harmonized Tariff Schedule. Additional duty
rates may apply based on the item's type and
"Country/Region of Manufacture" (country of
origin), which may be found in the item
description.
Multiply the tariff percentage by your total
order amount shown at checkout.
Shipping providers (e.g., UPS) or US Customs
will charge processing fees ranging from
$10-$30.
It's being shipped using usps.

@yakkowarnermovies1989 First off... how/who are you paying?
Edit... I see that when the package is delivered, you will need to pay the carrier. If you arent home, it goes back to the post office. Where you can pick up/pay.

I am not sure if the tariff rate (ad valorem) or if the flat rate of $80 per item is being used for Japan. Even by going by the rate you may have other fees added on. Japan tariff is %15, which would be $8.50.
From what i see it will likely be the flat fee of $80. Not sure if other fees are tacked on
You won't know for sure what it will be till it shows up to be delivered with the duty form.

I hope it's not too expensive.

First one is terminated.
Second one is exemptions from tariff. A video game would not count.

Sounds like a nightmare for post offices, FedEx offices, UPS offices, etc.
Are these places going to be able to handle something like this?...to pick up items at locations...
Delivery people only can handle deliveries I would assume.
No to mention Amazon...

So if it was a video game from Japan I would still have to pay tariff. Right?
