Tablet stopped working after 2 months

I ordered a tablet 2 months ago and suddenly it stopped working,When i got on ebay to connect with the seller it said that his account has been removed and his rate of positive reviews has dropped from 90% to 50%.He included in the warrenty but i cant get in touch with him so is there any way for me to get a refund or somehing(i made a purchase with a credit card)

You might be able to file through your CC company.    My  husband has 1 card that gives him a 90 warrenty on items purhcased.

I wonder if   your seller  is  Chinese  and  used ebay.com U.S.   to sell on,  Because I would not be surprised  if seller  opened another  account  with new ISP .

Warranties are usually through the manufacturer, contact the manufacturer

If your seller is gone it is unlikely you will get any money from him.

Check the manufacturer. Go to service/support and have the serial and imei #.

Did you use your credit card through PayPal for payment? if so, you have 180 days (6 months give or take) to dispute the transaction through PayPal.
