How does SpeedPak shipping work? I, regretfully, ordered an item from China and it was sent using SpeedPak. Although the shipment made it to the US and through customs with impressive speed, the package seems to be stuck in limbo at the Indianapolis, Indiana USPS facility. Indy is less than an hour away from where I live. Once tendered to the USPS, is there a USPS tracking number assigned to the shipment? If so, how long should it take and how can I get that number. According to SpeedPak tracking, the package has been sitting in Indy for over a week.
My SpeedPak tracking number begins with ES if that helps.
Thank you.

Send a message @360jeep to the CS@ email address on the OrangeConnex.com tracking page. Use the SpeedPAK number as the subject line, and ask for the USPS tracking number.
OrangeConnex will reply within a day, even on weekends, then you can check with any post office anywhere in this country if the USPS tracking number shows Delivered, but you don't get the item.

Thank you for your input. I emailed Orange Connex on Friday and used the tracking number for the subject and asked about the USPS tracking Number in the message but have seen no reply. After two (very pleasant) message attempts, the seller will not return my messages.
I will never order anything from China again.

Hi! I'm experiencing the same situation. Package was sent from China and made it through US Customs. My SpeedPAK tracking information showed package delivered yesterday, however I never received the package. I visited my post office and they indicated they cannot track using SpeedPAK tracking#. They need an USPS tracking#. I was just in the process of sending an email to Orange Connex and see what happens. In your case since the seller is not responding to your inquiries, are you opening up an eBay case of "non-receipt" to ensure this is documented within eBay's process and seller has to respond? That's how I will proceed if seller does not respond to my inquiries, but I will first try to get the USPS tracking#. Good luck!

OrangeConnex may very well be one person working at any given location. Either way, they do not answer phones or emails and the Illinois one has a full voicemail so you can't even leave a VM.
FYI, in the couple instances I received orders this way, there was a UPS Mail Innovations sticker and that's the only tracking# the USPS can use.
The whole thing is a joke and ebay shouldn't be forcing it on sellers. Ebay needs to just provide the auction site and stay out of sellers' business.

Just found your posting passing through.
Don't be afraid to order items from China directly using Speedpak. You save a bunch by not having some local middleman seller addon. For Speedpak to US delivered takes usually max about 15 days. I had a delivery arrive in as little 5 days. Usually get delivery in about 7-9 days depending on how the weekend days fall or if a US holiday involved.
There has been a time delay by the USPS and also customs caused by the pandemic. I believe that is what happened to your package.
Items would arrive fast by air to US port then get caught into a backup delay. Seems to be better now. I have a China Speedpak arriving today. Took only 8 days.
USPS is still in the dark ages on their tracking system. It does not include international ES... tracking numbers.
However postal employees are supposed to scan all barcodes. You can track your Speedpak tracking progress at parcelsapp(dot)com. Replace the (dot) with a period. I find it a very useful site. Note that buying something from China that uses regular shipping, not Speedpak, it currently may take up to 60 days and no tracking so it is much more risk. Sometimes they do use some sort of China track so you can at least see when it left that country but tracks no further.

I have exact same problem……I ordered two pieces of jewelry total $215 from China….they shipped via Speedpak….Speedpak tracking shows it was delivered to my address but I too never received package. I filed dispute on EBay and since the Speedpak, EBay company, tracking showed item delivered, EBay said sorry cannot help you. I sent letters from supervisor of my local USPS stating Speedpak was not a part of their system and therefore she could not investigate further. Now I am trying my credit card company….I don’t know how you prove a negative…they say I got it….I say I did not!

Amen….especially since EBay owns Speedpak and then decides these undelivered cases too….are they going to rule against themselves?

I do not agree…Speedpak not part of OUR USPS SYSTEM so delivery cannot be verified.
