Tracking information do not fit the truth reality. Contact with SpeedPak is impossible (blind links on the webside, no phone number provided or any other information).

Ordered from China. After time I noticed that tracking says ''delivered''.

Item never received. No proff of delivery provided.

I contact the seller and he respodned very quick that he sending replacement straight away, but this is shipment from China so before parcel had the chance to be delivered, eBay closed the case becouse of time limit.

Replacement never arrived!!!

WARRNING! IF you ordering from china and parcel didn't arrived on the time ask for full refund immedietly, do not wait for redelivery as eBay won't and you will lose your money.

UK Royal Mail delivering parcels for SpeedPak in UK and they providing new tracking number for SpeedPak but SpeedPak are not passing this tracking.

PayPal close the case as well as soon as the seller provided chinise SpeedPak tracking number.

In the end I had to call to Paypal to explain the situation and as there was no real proof of delivery accept tracking in chinise style, Paypal refund me in full.

PS: to eBay team. It looks like you have hole in the system as resolution center can't handle cases with parcels which need more time to be delivered.

Speedpak is a shady shipping service. They lie about delivery and tracking to get sellers to ship using their services. That way sellers on ebay, aliexpress, etc don't lose money when people complain.

And Speedpak isn't the only one providing fake tracking for sellers, Alibaba has many shipping services that do the samething!

I will never intentionally use slowpak again . In fact, i will no longer order anything from China that doesn't use epacket. That is the only service that arrives in around thirty days or less. I have two items that never showed and I am still waiting on the third .

I wish I had seen your posting earlier. I am in a similar situation, I tracked my package via Speedpak and it said my package was at my local post office and out for delivery and when I checked the mail it was not there, luckily I caught my Postal carrier down the road and I showed her the tracking info and she did not did not see the package and could not find it in the truck and said that she never had that happen.

The Speedpak tracking number is invalid to USPS so they could not help me. A few minutes after speaking to USPS the status of my package changed and it said it was delivered.

I immediately started a case with EBay.

Doesn't tracking showing Delivered mean you will lose the case, and won't be able to leave feedback/feedback already left will be removed?

Next time @tokenasianboy ask here first before starting a case.
