can not purchase label and pirate ship can not get address to ship label

I'm getting this too; every time "print shipping label" is clicked.

Been trying for two days and keep getting the same message. "something went wrong" please try again. Need to ship it.

I was having the same problem but was able to finally print without any problems by going into Orders / Shipping Label and using the link to the Bulk Shipping Tool.  Hopefully that will work for others.
