Sold electronically delivering item

Hello,

I'm new to ebay.

I just sold electronically delivered item (Acces to game). When i was making offer there was no option like "electronic deliver", so i choosed standard international shipping and marked as "0$". Right now ebay want me to set the shipping. After i press "print shipping label" i got information "Some international delivery services are no longer available due to COVID-19." and i can't take any shipping service. Is it okay if i press "mark as shipped" and send a buyer the access by mail or ebay message? Can i be sure if i do it this way that ebay accept the transaction and paypal will pay out money (i've got blocked payout due to being new user probably)?

You're on the US board so the rules in the UK might be different (you can ask at community.ebay.co.uk ) but in the US you've violated several policies.

The first is that digitally delivered goods need to be listed in specific categories with specific guidelines and it sounds like you didn't follow them.

The second is that it's usually illegal to sell those gaming accounts because it violates the manufacturer's terms of use.

You may be able to sell gaming virtual items in some cases, but you can't sell codes to access gaming accounts.
